Yes, completely free. Create your account here. No credit card, no fees, ever.

Go to Create Account, fill in your full name, email, phone number, and a password (minimum 8 characters). You can also select which store you usually visit. Once you submit, we will send you a verification email to activate your account.

Email verification confirms you own the address and keeps your account secure. After registering, check your inbox for a message from us and click the link inside. The link expires in 24 hours.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, try registering again at /account/register with the same email. If you still have trouble, contact us.

Go to Sign In and enter your email and password. If you have not verified your email yet, you will not be able to log in until you do.

Go to Forgot Password, enter your email address, and we will send you a reset link. The link expires in 24 hours. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. You can request up to 5 resets per hour.

Your dashboard lets you see promotions you have entered, check if you have won anything, and edit your profile. Features like order tracking and loyalty points are coming soon.

Log in and go to My Profile to update your name, phone number, or preferred store.

All current deals and winner promotions are listed on the Promotions page. New ones are added regularly so check back often.

Regular promotions are store deals and discounts you can take advantage of in person. Winner promotions are raffles where you enter online and a winner is drawn on a specific date and time.

Yes. You need a free account to enter. Create one here in about a minute. If you already have an account, just sign in.

Go to the Promotions page and open any active winner promotion. You will see an Enter to Win section. Log in and click the entry button. You are in. Each person can only enter once per promotion.

No. Each account can enter each promotion once. The system prevents duplicate entries automatically.

On the draw date and time shown on the promotion page, a live animation spins through all participant names on screen. The winner is selected randomly. Stay on the promotion page at that time to watch it happen live.

Winners are announced live on the promotion page and also receive an email notification. You can also check your dashboard to see if you have any wins.

Visit either of our store locations in Lancaster, SC in person to claim your prize. Bring the email confirmation or show us your account. If you have questions, contact us.

We carry authentic imported groceries, sweets, drinks, snacks, meats, dairy, produce, condiments, and household essentials from Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Browse the Products page to see what we have.

Yes. Send us a photo of the cake you want and we will order it for you. Contact us or ask in store to get started.

We stock seasonal and specialty items throughout the year. We also hold customer appreciation raffles around holidays like Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. Check our Promotions page around those dates.

Bring your package to either store location. We weigh or measure it depending on the destination and ship it through our partner Tu Caja Express. Contact us if you have questions before coming in.

Shipping to Mexico is priced by weight. Shipping to Central America is priced by box size. Come in or contact us for a quote.

Packages typically arrive in two to three weeks.

Yes. Ask us for tracking information when you drop off your package. Contact us if you need help following up.

Weapons or any item that is not legal cannot be shipped.

No. There are no additional costs during peak seasons.

Yes. We offer money transfers to Mexico and many other countries through our partners RIA Money Transfer, Enramex Inc, and Barri Money Services.

We offer transfers to Mexico, Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, and the Pacific. You can also receive money sent to you. Visit us or contact us to confirm availability for your destination.
